Sawcut and construction joints are the first place a concrete floor starts to fail. We fill and repair joints using Metzger/McGuire semi-rigid polyurethane (MM80, RS88) and epoxy systems engineered specifically for industrial floors — designed to support edges under heavy load, eliminate spalling, and keep your slab performing as a single, continuous surface. Critical for warehouses, distribution centers, and any facility with forklift or pallet jack traffic.

The right surface prep is the difference between a coating that lasts twenty years and one that fails in two. We provide CSP-rated surface preparation for epoxy coatings, urethane systems, polished overlays, and re-pour conditions — using diamond grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers matched to the substrate and the system going down. We also handle moisture testing, bond breaker removal on tilt-up panels, and contamination assessment.
